Invited lectures
and selected communications will be published in special issues
of the journals Trends in Food Science and Technology and
Journal of Food Engineering both publications of Elsevier.

Both publications of Elsevier require that submitted papers
be subject to peer review.
A book of Proceedings with communications (4 pages) not
selected for special issues (presented as posters and oral
communications) will be published and given to delegates.
These contributions must be previously submitted as abstracts
within the requested deadlines |
